We are a Leamington Spa town centre based health club and gym. Our facilities include spin studio, extensive gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.
An in-house cafe offers a selection of food and beverages, including a great range of smoothies.
Within the premises you will also find a physio and beautician should you wish to book a treatment.
We aim to be more than just a gym. Our vision is to create a place of community where simply you can just BE.

Rachel is a qualified life coach & wellness practitioner, with experience in the field of holistic health & spiritual practise. She offers personally tailored stress releasing sessions, as well as mindfulness coaching, helping her clients achieve greater awareness, focus and direction in reaching their life goals. Her practise is situated within a treatment room at LH Club. She hosts Meditations in the studio, open for all to enjoy. Please watch her social media for more information on when they’re being held.
